I started some of these from seed and germination and growth was quick and easy. Mine were started inside under regular shop lights, not...Read Morehing special and I'd say I had 100% germination ..... but then the seeds are very small, and I may have had more than one seed in each peat pellet.
They grow quickly and get quite large the first year, but they did not bloom. I have been told that this is what is expected from this plant.
I recommend it as an easy perennial to start from seed.
