L'Innocence is a lovely white with young florets that have green tips, very fragrant, and mulitiplies in my Zone 9 garden. Sometimes when the bulbs split the smaller bulbs have smaller, less dense blooms but after a couple of years of annual fertilizer during their growing season, they get dense again.
L'Innocence was introduced in 1863 by V Van der Vinne. Despite being one of the oldest heirloom hyacinths it is still quite available.
