It's covered with buds- mid July. The flowers are a pure white shower of 1" wide bells. The flowers do stand on stalks considerably above the leaves so when blooming the effect is taller than the mound of foliage. Good to plant with spring bulbs... when their foliage dies down the campanula grows up and looks nice.
