So I just googled "weed that looks like wandering jew with blue flowers" - and here I am! Now my plant has a name!
It's joining the myrtle, honeysuckle, and (yes) occasional poison ivy vines that are going crazy down there.
So, what do I do? Let it grow, or get out the Roundup??
