I managed to get five seedlings. They are growing well but very slowly. Full shade in the young growth phase is critical as young leaves are extremely vulnerable to micro-climate change; even transporting them to my nursery took 2 weeks for them to recover.
The preferred habitat is moist coastal forest but it will do well in drier conditions as well.
