It has...Read More an amazing strong perfume composed of apricots, jasmine, and notes of honeysuckle, with a hint of nutmeg!
Also somewhat adaptable! Tolerates high heat well, and not too fussy; doesn't need tons of fertilizer, or fancy soil, or tons of root space, or tons of water. :)
I've grown this rose in several different USA states: TX, CA, NM, WA, HI. It has *always* been a fabulous performer, but it is NOT all that cold hardy, what with being a floribunda. Highly recommended if you have mild winters or a greenhouse, or if you can protect it with mulching or bringing it inside a garage/shed for the winter. Its antique flower form is gorgeous!
