I planted four of them last year. All had blooms. This year, 3 bloomed as usual. The 4th, which was planted in the same area as the other 3, was late to bloom. Not only that, but the flower "stalk"? that is supposed to shoot out from the leaves and have the blooms at or above the leaf height, did not appear. The blooms came out from the base of the plant.
