Kept inside for the northeast (U.S.) winter, and it is flourishing. The flowers have more lavendar to them than the species. I love a plant that blooms in the winter, and every blossom is perfect. Blooms last 2-3 days. No pest issues, but the buds have a sticky sugary coating that may fool you into thinking it has bugs. Very easy to grow.
