The fruits are supposed to mature between 90 and 100 days. A light tan potato with a creamy to orange flesh ideal for baking. I'm growing one plant in an elevated planter as an experiment and it seems healthy and happy. The purple stems makes it a pretty plant that is attractive at my back door.
