Of course, it climbs on a structure (I tie it up), and gets taller than I can safely trim by standing on a ladder, so I keep it at about 12 feet (though the trellis goes higher).

I chose this plant because, in fact, it seemed to be the only answer to one particular bare wall -- which I wanted to be green year-round.

I'm currently trying to propagate the plant to put in at another spot on our property, and am happy to share (at no cost) cuttings with local folks. Mind you -- I'm new at propagation of this plant, so am not yet sure of my success nbarnby@comcast.net
