I overwintered mine and I don't recommend it. The plant becomes floppy- even after cutting it back in the spring and it doesn't flower as well as it did the first year.

Loves a well-drained soil in full sun. While it should be well watered it is best to allow them to dry out between each watering (just not for too long!). You may get a second flowering flush if you cut them back after an early flush and there is enough time left in the season.
They make good container plants as well as bedding and are often grown as annuals, unless you have space to bring them indoors when frost arrives.
