We are in Zone 7 / zip is 30215 where our last wi...Read Morenter (2010) we had a 7 day full week of below freezing temps day and night which was close to a all time record for us and Kathrinae pulled through just fine and flowered even with a NW exposure . Of all 17 species with grow only Z. rosea has difficulties with our winters. I would love to acquire the red form of Z. katherinae or any species with orange flowers if any one has them.
