Paghat strongly recommends G. himalayense 'Plenum' as the superior garden plant, both because it's less inclined to lodge and need support, and also because it has cleaner and tidier foliage.
"Summer Skies" here is the US proprietary trade name owned by Blooms of Bressingham. The cultivar name is 'Gernic'. This has created considerable confusion with another hardy geranium, G. pyrenaicum 'Summer Skies', which is single and fertile.
