Sets a few berries and I have with difficulty started a few more. Takes our winter frost here in Santa Rosa, ca., don't know how much colder it could take. What it hates is the excessive winter rains we get.... can get leaf die -back . A beautiful slow growing bush for a special spot in a desert garden or native drought garden.
