Tucked away from mankind, hidden away in the virgin forest of this paradise islands.
I had the blessing of walking the the Yela Forest in the island of Kosrae in 2000. The buttress part of this giants can be use as a drum that will resonate thru the rainforest. The Ka is sod after by the local natives for canoe construction, main posts for thatched roof house construction, medicine, and even food as it's fruits are edible.
