For some reason, I planted mine, just as an experiment I guess, here in our rainy zone 8B/9A. It died this winter due to several icepocalypse events. But I'm not going to give it a negative rating like so many other tools on here who plant a palm tree in Alaska, watch it die, then give the plant a bad review. Nay, I'm simply relaying that aloes are not the plant to "push zones" with. If you want to do that, stick with agaves and yuccas. Anyway, this aloe is pretty easy to find, since Altman grows it and sells it through two prominent big box store in the U.S.
