Since the typical green form is more vigorous, it will overtake the yellow if not promptly removed. However, it is a worthy plant in its own right. Simply move it elsewhere so it doesn't crowd out it's more demure cousin. While it is technically a trailing plant, the visual effect is more of tight little buns.
