The winter of '13-'14 burned out the buds, destroying any chance of a bloom. I'm afraid this past winter has done the same but I will find out in a couple weeks. The leaves also get a little ragged in the winter. When it does flower though, it's a knockout for sure. I'll keep it around and maybe I'll try spraying it with Wiltpruf in December to see if that preserves the buds at all.
