Coral Ardisia, Japanese Holly, Downy Coralberry, Spear Flower

The plant I have has white, not pink, flowers before the little red (hen's eys) berries. It is now at my workplace, which may be too lig...Read Moreht (fluorescent) for it. Since bringing it here, the newest blooms have dropped, it had a spell of leaf dropping (still happening) and the tips of some of the leaves are turning dark (brown) before dropping. When the leaf drop started, the soil seemed too wet, but it has now begun the browning of the tips. However, it has also produced new growth at the top. Any tips on what might help will be welcome.
