We always make a point of taking pictures of it; it's colors are just spectacular!

Space Oddity is one of the most colorfu...Read Morel flowers we have seen. Its famous parent, 5th Dimension, often produces offspring that are paler versions of itself, but in this case the opposite happened. Space Oddity is a more vivid version of 5th Dimension, and, like 5th Dimension, the colors fade attractively during the day. The 6-8" blooms sometimes reflex when opening but flatten out later in the day. The bush is upright and similar in habit to 5th Dimension. Space Oddity is a very unusual cultivar, to say the least! It is the offspring of Rainbow Christie and 5th Dimension. Released from HVH in 2006.
