The foliage is good-looking, and it is an attractive plant even when it is not in bloom. But it grows very slowly. Maybe that is why the price is so high. The flowers have beautiful silky red petals, and yellow stamens. But I don't get many flowers from it. It's been there for 5 years, but I think it still needs a few more years.
