Once I cleared the weeds and gave it more attention it bloomed. I just found out it is a rare cultivar. What an honor it is to have it at my home. I would have to say it is pretty tuff to put up with the neglect as well as the neutral soil, it was planted up against the house with not much sun. I took a clump and planted it with the rest of my collection, now it can thrive even more.
