Fun and exciting to grow. Raw seeds are coated with an incredible red fleshy substance. I mean BRIGHT red. A few days after eating stage the fruits suddenly turn yellow, orange and burst open to release the bright red coated seeds. Really cool plants. Fruits have been studied to control blood sugar.
