This is very easy to grow, --got cuttings from a friend, said it came from some friends of hers, --they eat it as a green pot herb, --I t...Read Morehink it is good tasting and the root is good too. --but-- the tuber grows at the end of a long 3+ foot long tap root, and can be some work to follow it down to the tuber, there has been only a single tuber ,at the end of the ones I have dug. It roots easily from cuttings and will root where ever it contacts moist soil, --so it can be invasive, in warm wet areas,like here, and in Hawaii, where I found it listed and pictured as an invasive plant found around ond home and village sites.
