Update summer 2013: winter is NOT the problem. Rabbits seem to think these are candy. Fortunately, I have discovered a product that works, called Repellex. The rabbits ate all of my lilies, I replanted with the Repellex, and now I have some nice lilies again. Cobra is a favorite!
