The large bright pink flowers are just beautiful and so showy. I have measured them to get 12" across. It gets filtered morning sun and full sun from about noon to 4pm. I cut the dead wood down early in spring. Easy to grow, no extra special care. I mulch all my gardens in spring. This plants roots are shaded during growing season with hardy geraniums.
