I think I have forsythia citrus swizzle....and it is in full bloom right now. Leafs are now more brown/redish color and shurb didn't bloom in spring.

I love this plant! Beautiful foliage and blooms. Hardy and layers easily. Graceful arching branches. What's not to love?
