It's been a slow grower, but even its older leaves have remained healthy and shiny as it grows more and more bushy. I plan to plant several more as soon as I find a source: our best nurseries here only stock a few of these at a time!

There seems to be alot of disagreement as to exactly how hardy the plant is--some references say zone 8, some zone 7. One reference stated that new growth would die with anything below 25 degrees, old growth in the teens, but the plant itself would survive and resprout even down to 10 degrees.
