If I give it water, it perks back up but seems to be affected by sun/heat or possibly the humidity not sure. I've noticed it's putting on new leaves and guessing it's because we've had milder temps in the high 80's and rain due to a hurricane in southern Texas. I really would like for this plant to thrive better without having to have so much attention. I think of salvias as supposedly being almost care free and enjoying a sunny location but that has not been my experience here in the south of Houston.
