Because of its meatiness, I bet you could use it as a paste tomato. Mine never lasted long enough to find out---they were eaten as soon as I brought them indoors! The taste is explosive, and like no other tomato I have ever tasted. I could probably identify it blind-folded! We have Neil Gilliard of Canada to thank for this delicious variety.

10 oz - 1 lb. ribbed shoulders, sometimes larger, origin Lazee, Macedonia. Good to very good flavor.
