Rinse beans until water is clear Place in jar, add water
and cover with clean cloth. Allow to soak for 8-12 hours.
Drain, rinse and repeat 8-12 hour cycle 2-3 days for
small, sweet sprouts or 4-5 days for big sprouts.
Keep sprouts in the refrigerator after harvest for up
to one week.
