Japanese F1 hybrid (maxima x moschata), 91 days. It is round, somewhat bumpy, and ridged, with very dark green-black skin. Flesh is a deep yellow-orange. Extremely nutty and sweet tasting, with flavor similar to a kabocha. Flesh is firm. Has been very resistant to vine borers and squash bugs for me. Was also a very good keeper through the winter. Requires a pollinator so you have to grow something else too - too bad!
