It is a medium sized bean with coloration of a beautiful deep red with black splotches. It turns gray after cooking and has a tasty nutty flavor. I highly recommend this variety to anyone who wants a reliable pole lima bean.

This lima has colorful, small, bright red speckled beans with black markings; brought from the Far East several years ago.
