Flowers med yellow flowers that extend 2-3x the length of the leaves- multiple racemes, some simple, and some branching a bit, all year round (not a month goes by when one of these isn't flowering in my yard, southern California). Flowers tend to be trailing, on skinny racemes, and drape over surrounding vegetation.
Caution, snails LOVE this species and can devore plants nearly overnight
May not be quite enough to be totally safe in zone 9b. Mine melted after being exposed to an extended freeze of 27F for 5 hours.
