I used ric...Read Moreh soil and plenty of leaf mulch, and I water it perhaps twice a week (it has been dry here lately). It gets about 5 hours of sun during the day, with morning shade.
I plan to train it up into a small tree, although it's just a little shrub now.
In general, this is an attractive and tough plant.
