A very sturdy grower, flowers lasting a long time and it made seed as well. They were more like an orange pip in shape, dark reddish-brown and sticky. The mice decided to dig some up from the tray I planted, had a nibble, so should be protected.
This is the first iris I have had any real success with. It tolerated quite a lot of shade. zone 8a-b UK
