Another key to it’s Oleander kinship is it’s fragrance - very much like the more fragrant cultivars of Oleander: (clean, Fresh, warm-sunshine, sweet-powdery-faintly-rose more like Johnson’s Baby Powder). The seed pod is bizarre Andover a foot long (I’ve attached a photo). The foliage always looks glossy and attractive.
