These birds have recently appeared lining up at our humming bird feeders .. both mine and my mothers 3 miles away. I have at least 3 that share my feeder and mom has possibly more. Never seen them before a couple weeks ago! They are beautiful birds but very skitterish. The slightest movement or sound from in the house 30 ft away and they are GONE. Very difficult to get a picture. It took me a while to figure out what type of bird they were. I am really enjoying watching their activity at the hummingbird feeder. I believe there are females also because I see some paler colored birds frequenting the feeder also.... They could be Bullocks Oriloes... hard to tell!
