A wonderful, sacred bird that I have seen in its wintering ground during late February into March in southeast Pennsylvania in the large lake at Middle Creek Wildlife Area near Kleinfeltersville, PA, on the border of Lancaster County/Lebanon County, along with lots of Snow Geese.
