Negative
The specie is common in humid open areas in not dense woodland.
It can be VERY annoying and agressive on warm sweltering days!!
It approaches without sound and prefers to bite humans in arms or legs. Painful lumps for a couple of days can be the result like I have experienced more than once!
But one has to admit it has beautiful psychedelic eyes!
