Positive
Said to be among the most ancient form of the butterly, the Skipper is sometimes confused with moths.
The Fiery Skipper can be found throughout most of the US and is quite common.
The caterpillar feeds on lawn grasses and actually prefers Bermuda.
The adults are quite active and are seldom still. A favored resting position is with the hind wings horizontal and the fore wings partially open, giving them the appearance of a little fighter jet.
