This is a tiny little spider, only 4 - 5 mm across, but is quite distinctive with a strange hump on its abdomen.
In Morwell National Park, they live in a series of communal webs on a sheltered cliff face. The web is a complex untidy tangle and 30 or 40 spiders live together in the one web complex.
