Did some research on this one. You might be interested in knowing.
Their venom is low risk to humans and they will not bite unless threatened. The cross spiders eat a variety of bugs such as grasshoppers, moths, butterflies, and mosquitoes.
Main predator is birds. Parasitic wasps and flies may target the egg sacks.
If they are in an undesirable location move it, w/o killing it, and then spray the area w/ lavender oil to prevent them from returning.
