So I live in Manistee, MI n I saw what I thought were bird droppings outside on the door of the gas station I work at. I went out there at the end of the night to clean it off, but realized it had moved since I saw it last! Imagine my surprise lol upon further inspection, I realized it was a bug. So I took some pics n asked everyone I knew, but everyone told me they didn\'t know what it was, or thought I was a crazy lady taking pics of bird poo 🤣 I\'m so glad I found this site, cuz this is how I found out what it was n how beautiful it rly is. Just wish I could\'ve seen it with its wings spread. I\'m 30yrs old n grew up in the country, n have NEVER seen this until last night. I hope I c more tho!

My daughter and I discovered this moth on our kitchen counter. She thinks it has cool legs! I concur! - Asheville, NC
