We have a large rock garden in front of our house,we would like to remove the rock.But it is full of these wasps,I mean lots of them.When ever i attempt to go close,they chase me away.Any ideas how to get rid of them so i can go about my job>Even though i hate to ,but i am afraid of them??

Digger Wasps are good insects to have in the garden. This specific species preys on grasshoppers, crickets and cockroaches.
It digs a burrow where it deposits several insects along with it's eggs. The developing larvae then feed on the captured insects.
