I have these in all different colors ... watch out for the corner prickles of these ... aka sharp points. They can break off in ones finger and cause a nasty little infection. I'd rather be bitten by a carpenter (bull) ant than have another little spike break off in my finger again.
They also eat almost everything. It seems they are attracted to four o' clocks and pokeweed. I keep pokeweed in my yard to keep them from eating all my other plants.
