Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Is this one of your crosses, Andrew? :) I like it, I think it's a pretty lily. :)

Athens, PA

I think it is very pretty too. I have been thinking about trying to cross my own lilies to see what I get too.......

Fox River Valley Are, WI(Zone 5a)

Yes it is one of my babies.

Stevie!! Now I am absolutely jealous!! You have lilies and peonies blooming!! :)

Andrew, that is so lovely. :)

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Thanks Diann :-) yes, I am in a happy place now! ^_^ The above is my only lily acually blooming though. I was worried because I have a whole section plantedwith Buggy bulbs and saw no activity yet (other than Good Night) but today found stalks just emerging from the soil after today's heavy rain.

Andrew, you do a great job with your crosses. Love the orange one as well.

Tiny! 11" tall only, and the leaves are 1" to 1.5" long!

So pretty Nery!! And your verdant lawn behind makes the colors pop!

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Agreed - that looks very nice, Nery - and how'd you get such green grass so quickly?? Ours is just NOW greening up!!

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

awe, you guys. But I want you to know I just yanked Mark to read your kind posts and you made him beam as well. He cares for the lawn using Jerry Baker potions (I know, I know) &that's what keeps it looking this way so I don't hassle him about JB anymore. Also, it rained cats and dogs last weekend and you know how pretty stuff looks afterwards.

ST Augustine grass.

Jamie

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Thanks Jamie :-) From what I have seen from posters on the West Coast, you shouldn't be too from some nice activity soon ^_^

North Pole, AK(Zone 1)

Beautiful, as usual, Steve! Nice to start seeing this year's pics...What is the red/orange one?

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Thanks Chocolatemoose :-) The Orange one was my first to bloom - called "Good Night" and got it from BuggyCrazy.

My Lily Garden order came today - Radiance, Rococo and Silk Road - and I got an order of Silk Roads from Wayside last week :-)

Tomah, WI

Steve, How were your Silk Roads from Wayside?

Lufkin, TX(Zone 8b)

Becky,

They weren't bad. Not huge bulbs but very healthy appearing and I got them into some soil right away. I have ordered SR bulbs from Wayside three or four times now, I also ordered some from Lily Garden as well and those came last night and were noticeably larger to the touch but I haven't taken them out of their packages yet. I have ordered SR from Lily Garden in the past and the bulbs were always difficult to distinguish from the ones I got from Wayside. These LG bulbs this year are significantly larger and less expensive too - and I ordered three SR and she sent me five! ^_^

Steve

Fox River Valley Are, WI(Zone 5a)

Steve I love the freebie surprises on expensive bulbs!

Tomah, WI

Thanks Steve. I am in love with SR as well as some of the others, just concerned about the height. We can have some pretty strong winds here & I would hate to see them snap off. Do they need to be staked?
