What's happening in your neck of the woods August/13 !!

EI told me that the 2nd report is always for 1 week, and next one does show for 2 weeks, due on Nov first. They also said they rec'd my report, even though I saw an error, on this one. No $$ yet, but we'll see. They said to check on Thurs am - it takes 28 days to "make a decision", and that would be end of the day, Wed. So, hopefully I get some decision on Thurs am, in my favour........ we'll see.....

This is where Katie posts, right? Well, she sent me this d-mail:

Had an accident. Van is dead I have a sprained ankle.
recovering from big scare. Crash ended with van between two white crosses (used to mark where someone died in an accident).

Gorgeous fall day here today. I was able to be outside with the pups most of the day raking leaves and just putting summer things away. Supposed to be very cold here tonight.

While I am very happy for Betty experiencing the 80*+ temp I am glad it is not me. When I was younger I worshiped the sun - worked in tobacco and as a life guard for a number of summers but now I prefer the cooler temps.

When is it you are returning Betty?
