I have her in a couple other places GG, but she only gets this tall in this one spot. I am thinking the bulb must be giant. She is well over 7 feet tall with a load of blossoms!

Yeah I'm taller than you Pixie...Lol, but I have to look way, way up too.

This one has a really unique smell. I wish I could make smellevision here. It *could * be either 'Forever Yours or 'Lord Samuel Hood'.

'Lord Samuel Hood' is beautiful! Is that another large one??

I have one lily right now budding and it's about up to my chin. BTW, i'm (was) 5' 4 but I might of shrunk a little by now. That age thingy creeping up on me.

I think this is 'Spotted Queen', if I am wrong I will correct this post ;)

Here's another trumpet. It could be either of the two I mentioned in the other post. The year I got them there may have been a mix up with the order. But lucky for me, I don't care who they are, I just adore them.

I need more bamboo stakes. They do okay until they are in full bloom.

Wow Magnolialover! All these lilies are making me long for a group shot. Must be heavenly at your place right now.

Tracey, what a bunch of lilies to die for. You have reallly outdone yourself this year and I am oh so jealous as it is hot as hades here. Again I love the Geisha Girl as well as your unique trumpet varietues - is it just me or do there not seem to have been many trumpets on the market from the major growers the past year or so? Again, GREAT job. :-)

Fantastic beauty, Mags! The coloring on 'Merry Minstrels' is so delicate.

Perhaps we should continue the "Mags Extravaganza" on the next thread? I know there's a lot more coming. :)

As usual, Mags has out done herself! :) Way to go Tracey! :)

You guys are too kind. Thank you. Some of these varieties did not bloom for me last year, 'Merry Minstrels' come to mind. And as for the trumpets, I am soooooo missing them in the marketplace. The OTs are great, don't get me wrong, but to lose the trumpets, to me, would be a huge mistake. I know they need staking, most of them, but to lose trumpet breeding in todays lily options would be just short of a crime. Lol.

Should 'Merry Minstrels' be a parent or what? Who should I cross with it? Suggestions welcome! I've already been helping them to be naughty in the garden.

My gosh I love them all!
