2009 Lily Bloom # 8

'Pink Cream' has to be one of my favorite asiatics of all time.

'Fire Truck' sulked its first year in my garden, but looks great this year.

I have been trying to get my hands on 'Pink Cream' for awhile now, always sold out and I can see why!!!

Maglover!! What's the name of the trumpet under Salterello?

It is a trumpet that was under Ed McRae's breeding that I got a few years ago (2006, I think)from the Pacific Northwest Lily Society Sale, when Ed's work was still available in the sales.

It looks like a NOID I got from B&D which was part of 3 Copper Kings.B&D made good on it but I'd like to know what to call this one,it looks similar to yours.

This is a Music Art I photod just when it opened.
I measured the blooms today.They are a bit over 9 inches.
I had no idea.

This is another NOID from B&D because I didnt pay anyattention to those things 8 years ago when I bought the bulbs for containers.

Pink Cream is a variety created by Buggycrazy.

A lankongense hybrid of some sort.

'Flugelhorn' a trumpet strain.

This one might be from the 'Sinfonia' strain, not sure. The tag was lost over time. With a cooler summer thus far, I find I am getting a little more of the nice blushes the lilies can have in cooler climates than I do most years.

Time Zone

Ramona, see what I mean about these Time Zone reminding me of the Japanese hybrids, only without the airbrushed effect. The size and shape is similar too.

Conca d'Or is in its 2nd year. They truly dazzle!
